Cloud estates tend to grow faster than the practices around them: hand-built environments, pipelines nobody wants to touch and a monthly bill nobody can explain. We migrate workloads in planned waves and build the platform underneath in code, so every environment is reproducible and every cost has an owner.
Our platform engineers and SREs work alongside your developers, not in front of them. You get golden paths for new services, deployment pipelines with automated checks, SLOs with alerting tied to them, and a FinOps view of spend by team and product.
Cloud Migration & Platform Engineering
We assess the estate, group workloads into migration waves and move them by rehost, re-platform or refactor. Landing zones, networking, identity and guardrails are built in Terraform before the first workload moves.
DevOps & Site Reliability
We rebuild CI/CD so every change is built, tested, scanned and deployed the same way. SLOs, alerting and incident runbooks are agreed per service, and on-call stops depending on one person's memory.
Internal Developer Platforms
We build golden paths on Kubernetes so teams can create a new service with pipelines, observability and security defaults in place. The platform comes with templates, documentation and an owning team.
FinOps & Cost Optimisation
We tag resources by team and product, right-size compute, schedule non-production environments and plan commitments against real usage. Finance gets a monthly cost report with owners and named actions.
Cloud Security Baselines
We apply policy as code, secrets management and least-privilege identity across accounts and subscriptions. Misconfigurations are caught in the pipeline before they reach production, with evidence ready for audits.
Howanengagementruns
A typical Cloud & DevOps engagement runs about 24 weeks from kick-off to a working, handed-over system.
1
Estate assessment
We inventory applications, dependencies and spend, score each workload for migration approach, and group them into waves with a cost forecast and risk notes.
2
Landing zone and pipelines
We build accounts, networking, identity, guardrails and CI/CD templates in Terraform, then prove them by moving a low-risk pilot workload end to end.
3
Migration waves
Each wave runs through two-week sprints: re-platform, test, cut over in an agreed window and validate performance, with rollback plans written before every cutover.
4
SRE and cost tuning
We set SLOs and alerting per service, right-size what has moved, decommission old infrastructure, and hand over runbooks and cost reports to your teams.
