Questions people ask first
Usually with a call with one of our practice leads, followed by a two-to-four-week discovery. You get a costed proposal at the end of it, whether or not we do the build.
You do. Code, models, prompts, documentation and data produced under your engagement are assigned to you, and we never use your data to train models for anyone else.
Our information security management system is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Client data stays in your environment wherever possible, access is role-based and logged, and we work to GDPR, HIPAA or SOC 2 requirements as each engagement needs.
